I understand life is stressful Robert ! I am sorry you are going thru this . Did you know you don't have to wait till you die to talk to your loved ones .They can hear you all the time ! Even what you think . Sending healing Love & Light Your Way ! Blessings to you may all the goodness that is in spirit and the love of your loved ones surround you so that you know you are not alone !

Dear Robert,
You have to get out of yourself. That is if you died those loved ones and friends you would leave behind on this earth would feel worse pain than you are feeling now.
I know, I myself have prayed for my own death, on many occasions because of what was happening in my life at the time. From physical ailments to major emotional depression, more than any psy med could relieve. In my teens I was suicidal, many times I made attempts (read my writing on this site) I was lost and felt completely without hope.

I am still here. I still get stressed out and even say out-loud I wish I would die right now. Then I realize I am being selfish, and wrong. If I would take my life my children would suffer the rest of thier earthly lives. There must be someone in your life who would suffer over losing you?

Stress can be a major negative in a persons life. There are many ways to reduce stress. One simple one is to just take a walk, breathe the air, find the wonder and beauty in your surroundings. Clear your mind just be. Call a friend, or if you don't want to express you thoughts to someone you know call a helpline, even from a payphone if you want to keep your identity unknown. Try and find something positive to do. Don't dwell on the negative. Think of the good things in your life and be thankful. No matter who you are you can find the tiniest thing of good. I have heard that having a dog or a cat can help relieve stress.

When your time to die as all of us on this earth have an appointed time and we should not make the wrong choice to take our life. Sometimes we go through the valley of despair in order to become stronger in ourselves. If we never experienced saddness we would not be able to appreciate the true joys and happiness of this life.

I know for myself during holiday times I feel sadness and miss loved ones no longer on this earth. I miss the the holidays of my childhood and the family get togethers. I try not to remember these times in sadness but remember those times as happy times. Memories to cherish for my life.

This is a simple thing but none the less effective. Put a smile on your face. I know it may be hard to do, but just try it. Think to yourself I am happy. Keep trying until it feels real.

These stressful times will pass. You are young and there is so much time ahead of you. Try and do something positive, any small act of kindness will help someone and yourself feel better.

Please do not harm yourself, take care of yourself.
